Welcome!

If you are considering membership, please visit the About page or Join Waitlist.

If you are a current member, your member account process, tips and reminders, pool entry procedures, and how to activate your membership, you are in the right place!

Current Member Account Process: Members must log in to their account each season and update the member profile for everyone on the account.  If additional family members would like to receive NWB emails, you must add their email address to your account! Your user name is the primary email address used to open your NWB account.  When you log in for the first time, you can click the Forgot Password link on the login page and you will be emailed a link to create a new password.

Tips & Reminders

  • In 2025, we are launching a new membership management system that will allow you to pay your membership, create a digital ID card to scan at the front desk and buy guest passes in advance. Please be patient if there are kinks in the system as we roll everything out!
  • You can scan a digital ID card at the front desk or provide the life guards with your last name upon arrival.  All members and guests must check in at the front desk!
  • Please secure your membership by making a payment. To access the Payments screen, click on the words “PAY HERE” in the Account Summary section. Note: you will not be able to make a payment without completing any REQUIRED fields noted on the screen. Once you have completed the required items and clicked on your dues payment, you will choose your method of payment and be taken to a second screen to check out.

Activating Your Membership Profile
ALL Members are required to visit the website and establish your membership profile in order to pay your dues for the season.

Still have questions? Contact us at nwbmemberships@gmail.com. We do our best to respond within 24 hours during the season; sometimes it takes a bit longer in the off-season.

For more detailed information about pool procedures and governance, access the NWB Recreation Inc. By-laws (PDF).

See you at the pool!
