- Northwest Branch Recreation, Inc. (NWB) will not assume any responsibility for injuries or damage resulting from failure by members, guests or others to abide by pool rules.
- Violations may lead to loss of NWB privileges. Members are responsible for seeing that their guests also abide by these rules.
- Use of the dressing rooms is restricted to members of the same gender, as indicated by signs at the entrances. Children 5 years and younger may be taken to either dressing room.
- Only swim attire may be worn in the pools.
- Members and their guests must check-in at the front desk before entering the bathing house. Guest children aged 4 and under are admitted free of charge (guest privileges may be restricted if the Pool Manager anticipates overcrowding).
- A member must accompany guests. Any member planning a party for 10 or more guests must notify the Pool Manager.
- Children ages 12 and under must be under the supervision of a parent of authorized caregiver while on pool grounds.
- NWB is not responsible for personal property left on the pool grounds. The lost and found rack is located outside the pool office. Unclaimed articles will be donated to a charity when the pile becomes unmanageable.
- Any person who has a contagious disease may not enter the pool grounds.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the pool grounds, as defined by the perimeter chain link fence.
- A list of all the pool rules for Northwest Branch Recreation, Inc is posted on the Pool’s website www.nwbranchpool.com and at the front desk. By entering and using the pool facilities, you agree to abide by these rules.
